Howdy!  We are Donna and Mickey - two Texans who love the outdoors and feel extremely blessed to have a place where the dolphin swim up to say hello, the seagulls swing through for a snack while we catch dinner from the back deck!  Donna is an artist with many amazing talents while Mickey is a successful entrepreneur as well as outdoorsman.  Whatever your pleasure is, we are excited to share our honey spot and hope you truly find your bliss here.

The maximum capacity of this condo is 4, per our city permit and 4 can comfortably sleep in one of the most desirable and tranquil coastal settings imaginable. This unit is OH SOOO Comfortable and cozy, the 1 bedroom features a king size bed. The ensuite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The 2nd bathroom also includes a walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are provided, as well as 2 smart TV's with cable.

Soak up the sun at the swimming pool or enjoy the magnificent Little Bay views from the Palapa while socializing with friends and neighbors. Close proximity to all that Rockport has to offer including Rockport Beach, Fulton Pier, Rockport Historic District, Local Shops, fantastic Restaurants and more.

Don't forget your fishing rod to fish off the back deck at night over the green lights or just enjoy watching the fish, dolphins and pelicans.

We invite you to bring your boat and dock it at one of our 8 private boat docks (no charge). Limited trailer parking.
